The purpose of this Personal Data Protection Policy is to define the principles and guidelines implemented by Youth With A Mission Champagne, as data controller, with regard to the processing of the personal data of donors, volunteers, contacts, users of the www.jem-champagne.fr website.

2. DATA COLLECTED
The data collected differs according to the purpose of the associated processing.
- Online donation and donation forms – We collect your personal details, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address, any donor number, web transaction history (online donation), payment and transaction data.
- Contact and contact forms – We collect your personal data, contact information, postal code and city.
- Volunteer application and volunteer application forms – We collect your civil status, contact information, postal code and city, year of birth, situation, skills, …
- References and reference form – We collect your civil status, contact information, postal code and city, year of birth, situation,…
- Newsletter subscription – We collect only your e-mail address.
- Connection data (IP address, date/time, browser type, URL consulted) to our site are collected indirectly.
3. USE OF COLLECTED DATA
The data collected is used for different purposes:
- Donations and donor area: the data collected is used to manage donations, transactions, donor relations management, issue tax receipts and statistical analysis.
- Fundraisings : data collected is used to manage online donations and transactions, to manage donor relations, to issue tax receipts and for statistical analysis.
- Contact forms: data collected via the contact form is used to process your request and for statistical purposes. Zip code and town location information is used to redirect your request to the nearest possible location.
- Volunteer application form: the data collected via this form is used to follow up your application, to compile statistics and to redirect you to the nearest possible contact.
- Newsletter subscription: the data collected is used solely for the transmission of our newsletter.
- Connection data: connection data is used to guarantee the security and traceability of personal data. This data is also used to compile statistics on visits to our websites.
4. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Access to personal data is restricted to the departments of Youth With A Mission Champagne and its subcontractors with whom we are contractually bound in order to achieve the purpose of the processing.
5. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
The length of time we retain personal data varies according to the purposes for which it is processed:
- Online donations and donation forms: in accordance with article L. 102 E of the French tax code, your personal data is kept for 6 years after the year of the last effective donation, and for a further 4 years (accounting obligations). Payment card data is kept for the time required to complete the transaction, and then archived for 13 months as evidence in the event of a dispute.
- Contact form: your personal data is kept for 2 years after the last contact.
- Volunteer application: your personal data will be kept for 2 years after the last contact related to your application.
- Newsletter: your personal data will be kept indefinitely after your registration. You can unsubscribe by following the unsubscribe links on each newsletter.
- Connection data: personal connection data is kept for 6 months.
6. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA
Youth With A Mission Champagne is particularly attached to the personal data that we collect and process. These operations are carried out in a secure manner.
We implement the necessary technical, physical and organizational measures to prevent, as far as possible, any alteration, loss or unauthorized access to your personal data.
7. DATA STORAGE
Personal data in Youth With A Mission Champagne databases or files is stored in the European Union. Service providers and subcontractors with whom Youth With A Mission Champagne has a dedicated contractual relationship host their data within the European Union.
