Jeunesse En Mission Champagne
Aussi connus sous l’abréviation JEM (à prononcer «J’aime») est un mouvement chrétien international crée en 1960 par un jeune américain, Loren Cunningham. Au démarrage, notre objectif principal était de faire participer les jeunes à la mission. Nous sommes toujours focalisés sur la jeunesse, mais nos membres actifs sont de nos jours âgés de 18 à 80 ans.
Présent aujourd’hui dans plus de 180 pays, il regroupe environ 20.000 collaborateurs : des chrétiens issus de dénominations et de cultures différentes. La vocation de ce mouvement peut être résumée par ces mots :
« Connaître Dieu et le faire connaître »

Youth With A Mission
Also known as YWAM is an international christian movement created in 1960 by a young american man, Loren Cunningham. At the beginning, our goal was to give the opportunity to youth to go into mission. We are still focus on youth but our active members are now from 18 to 80 years old.
Nowadays established in more than 150 countries around the world it includes about 20 000 co-workers : they are christians from different denominations and different cultures. The call of this movement can be summarized with these words :
« To know God and make him known »
Youth With A Mission Champagne
In France, YWAM is represented by a federation of associations : Jeunesse En Mission-France (JEM France) which we are integral part. We are located in the region of « Champagne », in a base which is 2 hours away from Paris and 1 hour away from Reims. We offer trainings (schools, seminaries, workshops), opportunities to get involved and serve, and our facilities allow large possibilities of welcoming groups.
The leaders
In 2023, we have two leaders : Christiane and Zabulon, who put their skills and their different apprehensions of the world at the service of all.
Their strengths: complementarity, listening and the diversity of their experiences.
The elders
Jean-Claude and Isabelle have known Youth With A Mission Champagne since its creation. They are the memory of this place and ensure that the vision is followed.
When important decisions are made, they gather with the leaders to ask questions and move the thinking forward.
The staffs
Our team is multi-generational and international. Our members all have different gifts that they put at the service of the mission.
At YWAM, we are all called to practice a life of dependence on God for financial provision. This is why our team members are not paid for their commitment. God who calls us is the one providing for our needs through our loved ones, our church, the people He sends us, etc…
Our activities can be categorized in three main branches
Evangelism
Because we believe that everyone needs to hear the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Trainings
To equip the youth for their calling and prepare them for the service.
Mercy Ministry
Showing God’s love through practical and material help.
YWAM International
