The B2B is a two-week training that transmits solid values through both theoretical teachings and practical steps.
This training explores different learning styles to offer new perspectives in transmission and leadership. All this in an optimal teaching environment to connect to the primary source: God.
B2B will help you define your vision, your calling and optimize your leadership experiences.

The main themes are:

  • My passion for God.
  • As a leader: discover how my personality and gifts can work together to produce a dynamic team.
  • My character as a foundation: recognizing the qualities needed to follow in the footsteps of Jesus and to model leadership with integrity and fulfillment.
  • Helping others grow: being a sponsor and mentor.
  • Doing the work: seeing the skills and anointing needed to develop an effective team and establish a clear vision.
  • Workshops and discussion groups.
